All members of the staff were extremely helpful. Magnificent and stunning location in walking distance to most sites, all was nice. I had coffee at Slake, located within 5 minutes walk.

The room was brand new, well-appointed, and had a terrace and a kettle.

The staff here are very pleasant, especially at the reception desk, and the facilities are beautiful.

The classic queen room was quiet with lovely beds. The setting was magnificent and stunning and the staff were top-class people especially at the reception desk. There was a brilliant restaurant, shopping streets and the Christmas market next door.

The location of the hotel is marvellous and brilliant, just a short walk to the Rhône and Saone banks, markets, stores, bars. The staff were pleasant. The design of the hotel was lovely. The classic double room I stayed in was modest and amazing for me.

Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly. The privilege queen room was good modern and air-conditioned, with coffee/tea making equipment and climate control.

The staff here were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which was a standout for me. the room I stayed in, a privilege queen room, was quite simple but it had everything I needed - a coffee maker, cozy chairs, and a kettle for my tea fix. a comfortable stay. 🌟

The room is brand-new and essentials you need, including air conditioning, a kettle, and a lovely balcony, is right there. I would stay here again...

Large stylish room, didn't hear traffic, friendly staff. Nespresso machine in room. Central location in nice area. Comfy bed, large bathroom with bath.

The location is great. Very central, a few minutes from either Bellecours/Cordeliers Metro stops, and less than a 10 minute walk to the old city. Hotel directly on 'Place du Jacobins', so giving taxi directions is easy too. Air conditioning was really good to have (was there in early sept).

Layout was a bit werid - No sink in the toilet, you had to go into the bathroom. Shower head mountet at chest height, I don't understand the logic there. :O) The Iron/Ironing board I borrowed from reception were in poor condition.

Fantastic position in the middle of the city. No car parking on site and were advised to use facility up the road but no relationship with the hotel. Cost of car parking 33 euro for 24 hrs.

Nicely decorated room with complimentary tea or coffee, a bathtub, early check-in option, and excellent customer service.

The rooms are nicely decorated, the staff is extremely attentive, the beds are comfortable, and the facilities are fantastic.
